Job Description

  1. Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness in the kitchen, stores, fridges, freezers, pot wash, and stewarding areas.

  2. Wash and clean all equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery.

  3. Adhere to all safety and hygiene procedures in handling equipment and items to prevent accidents and minimize breakage.

  4. Care for and adhere to occupational, health, and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.

  5. Attend all assigned training.

  6. Be familiar with property safety, first aid, and emergency procedures.

  7. Maintain the highest standard of personal grooming, self, and hygiene at all times.

  8. Ensure all washing and cleaning schedules are efficiently and effectively carried out.

Duty hour- 8 hour(shiftwise)

  • किचन, स्टोर, फ्रिज, फ्रिजर, भाँडा धुने र स्टुअर्डिङ क्षेत्रहरूमा खाद्य स्वच्छता, सरसफाइ र सफापनको उच्च मापदण्ड सधैं कायम गर्ने.

  • सबै उपकरण, भाँडाकुँडा, क्रोकरी (Crockery), र कटलरी (Cutlery) धुने र सफा गर्ने.

  • दुर्घटनाहरू रोक्न र टुटफुट कम गर्न सबै उपकरण र सामग्रीहरू ह्यान्डल गर्दा सुरक्षा र स्वच्छता प्रक्रियाहरू पालना गर्ने.

  • पेशागत, स्वास्थ्य र सुरक्षा कानून, नीति र प्रक्रियाहरूको पालना गर्ने र ख्याल राख्ने.

  • तोकिएका सबै तालिमहरूमा उपस्थित हुने.

  • सम्पत्तिको सुरक्षा, प्राथमिक उपचार, र आपतकालीन प्रक्रियाहरूसँग परिचित रहने.

  • सधैं व्यक्तिगत ग्रूमिङ, आत्म (Self), र स्वच्छताको उच्च मापदण्ड कायम गर्ने.

  • सबै धुने र सरसफाइ तालिकालाई कुशलतापूर्वक र प्रभावकारी रूपमा सम्पन्न भएको सुनिश्चित गर्ने.
