Job Descriptions
Greet and guide guests to their tables.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and provide information about specials and promotions.
Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience and address any issues or concerns they may have.
Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and reconcile.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including setting and resetting tables, cleaning spills, and ensuring that utensils and glassware are sanitized.
Communicate effectively with other restaurant staff, including kitchen and bar staff, to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
