Salary is negotiable Salary will be discussed in interview As per company ruleSteel Cutting and Shaping: Cut, shape, and fabricate steel materials according to blueprints, specifications, and drawings using tools such as saws, torches, and grinders.
Welding and Assembly: Weld steel components together using various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Arc) to assemble structural steel components for buildings, bridges, or other projects.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately determine the materials, tools, and processes needed.
Material Handling: Measure and prepare steel materials according to project specifications. Ensure all materials are handled and stored correctly to prevent damage.
Quality Control: Inspect welded joints, fabricated steel components, and finished products for quality and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Machine Operation: Operate and maintain various machinery such as cutting machines, grinders, welding machines, and drills to fabricate steel components efficiently.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while handling steel and operating equipment. Ensure that all work is done in accordance with safety standards to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on fabrication tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition.
स्टील काट्ने र आकार दिने: ब्लूप्रिन्ट, विशेषताहरू, र चित्र अनुसार स्टील सामग्रीलाई काट्ने, आकार दिने र फैब्रिकेट गर्ने। यसका लागि आरा, टर्च, र ग्राइन्डर जस्ता उपकरणहरूको प्रयोग गर्ने।
वेल्डिंग र एसेम्बली: विभिन्न वेल्डिंग प्रविधिहरू (जस्तै MIG, TIG, आर्क) प्रयोग गरेर स्टीलका घटकहरूलाई एकसाथ वेल्ड गरी संरचनात्मक स्टील घटकहरू जस्तै भवन, पुल, वा अन्य परियोजनाहरूको निर्माण गर्ने।
ब्लूप्रिन्ट व्याख्या: ब्लूप्रिन्ट, प्राविधिक चित्र र विशेषताहरू पढेर सही सामग्री, उपकरण र प्रक्रियाहरू निर्धारण गर्ने।
सामग्रीको ह्यान्डलिङ: परियोजनाका विशिष्टताहरू अनुसार स्टील सामग्रीलाई माप्ने र तयारी गर्ने। सबै सामग्रीहरूलाई सही तरिकाले ह्यान्डल र स्टोर गर्ने ताकि कुनै क्षति नहोस्।
गुणस्तर नियन्त्रण: वेल्डेड ज्वाइन्टहरू, फैब्रिकेटेड स्टील घटकहरू, र तयार उत्पादनहरूको गुणस्तर र परियोजना विशिष्टतासँगको मेल सुनिश्चित गर्ने।
मेशिन सञ्चालन: स्टील घटकहरूलाई प्रभावकारी रूपमा फैब्रिकेट गर्न काट्ने मेशिन, ग्राइन्डर, वेल्डिंग मेशिन, र ड्रिल जस्ता विभिन्न मेशिनहरूको सञ्चालन र मर्मत गर्नु।
सुरक्षा अनुपालन: स्टील ह्यान्डल गर्दा र उपकरण सञ्चालन गर्दा सबै सुरक्षा प्रोटोकलहरू अनुसरण गर्ने। सबै काम सुरक्षा मापदण्ड अनुसार गर्ने ताकि दुर्घटना र चोटपटकबाट जोगिन सकियोस्।
मर्मत र मर्मतसम्भार: उपकरण र मेशिनहरूको नियमित मर्मत र साना मर्मत कार्यहरू गर्ने ताकि तिनीहरू राम्रो स्थितिमा रहन।
