• Approach and onboard new sponsors—individuals and businesses.
• Clearly communicate sponsorship opportunities across various channels.
• Maintain strong relationships through regular updates, thank-you notes, and impact stories
.2. Fundraising Campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing sponsorship drives and donor campaigns.
Collaborate on content for outreach, including social media and newsletters
3. Marketing & Outreach
• Support digital marketing initiatives to promote sponsorship programs.
• Help create engaging content for social media, email, and website updates.
• Represent the organization at events and awareness campaigns.
4. Data & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Track progress and report on key engagement metrics.
Requirements
• Strong passion for animal welfare.
• Prior experience in donor relations, fundraising, sales, or marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media, content creation, and digital outreach.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
• Flexible with work hours, including occasional weekends for events.
Compensation
• Commission basis for the first month
• Salary + commission structure from the second month onward (based on performance)
