Job Description

  1. Perform a range of services (massages, facials, body scrubs/wraps, waxing, manicures/pedicures) tailored to client needs.

  2. Conduct pre-treatment consultations to review client preferences, allergies, medical history, and adjust techniques as needed .

  3. Prepare treatment rooms, sanitize equipment and linens consistently, and restock supplies per health regulations .

  4. Keep accurate client records, note treatments and outcomes, and provide clear post-treatment guidance.

  5. Introduce clients to additional treatments or retail items suited to their needs, enhancing client experience and spa revenue.

  6. Participate in ongoing training for new techniques, support front‑desk communication, assist with inventory monitoring, and adhere to health protocols.
