Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Perform Spa Treatments:

-Provide services such as massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other specialized treatments.

-Tailor treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.

2.Client Consultation:

-Greet clients and conduct thorough consultations to understand their specific concerns, allergies, and desired outcomes.

-Recommend suitable treatments or products based on the consultation.

3.Maintain Hygiene and Safety:

-Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.

-Clean and sterilize equipment, linens, and treatment areas after each session.

4.Product Knowledge and Sales:

-Stay updated on spa products and recommend appropriate products for clients.

-Upsell services or products to enhance the client’s experience.

5.Customer Service:

-Ensure clients feel relaxed, welcome, and valued during their visit.

-Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

6.Record Keeping:

-Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and product preferences.

-Schedule appointments and manage client bookings if required.

7.Team Collaboration:

-Work closely with other spa professionals to ensure seamless client experiences.

-Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops to enhance skills.
