Job Description

  1. विभिन्न South Indian परिकारहरू (Dosa Idli Vada Uttapam Sambar आदि) तयार गर्ने

  2. खाना पकाउने सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया व्यवस्थित रूपमा सञ्चालन गर्ने

  3. आवश्यक सामग्रीको गुणस्तर जाँच गरी प्रयोग गर्ने

  4. South Indian मसला तथा recipe सम्बन्धी राम्रो ज्ञान भएको हुनुपर्ने

  5. Kitchen सफा, सुरक्षित र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  6. Food hygiene तथा safety standards पालना गर्ने

  7. ग्राहकको आवश्यकता अनुसार परिकार तयार गर्ने

  8. Kitchen staff सँग समन्वय गरेर काम गर्ने

  9. Stock तथा inventory management मा सहयोग गर्ने

  10. समयमै अर्डर अनुसार खाना तयार गरी serve गर्न सहयोग गर्ने
