Job Description

  1. Executive Chef लाई किचन सञ्चालन र दैनिक व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्नु

  2. दैनिक फूड प्रोडक्सन, मेनु तयारी तथा क्वालिटी कन्ट्रोल सुनिश्चित गर्नु

  3. किचन स्टाफ (हेड कुक, कुक, हेल्पर) को सुपरभिजन, तालिम र कार्य विभाजन गर्नु

  4. फूड हाइजिन, सेफ्टी र स्ट्यान्डर्ड अपरेटिङ प्रोसीजर पालना गराउनु

  5. किचन सामग्री, कच्चा पदार्थ र स्टकको उचित व्यवस्थापन गर्नु

  6. अर्डर अनुसार समयमै र गुणस्तरीय खाना तयार भएको सुनिश्चित गर्नु

  7. किचन उपकरणको सही प्रयोग, मर्मत र सरसफाइमा ध्यान दिनु

  8. Executive Chef अनुपस्थित हुँदा किचनको सम्पूर्ण जिम्मेवारी सम्हाल्नु
