Job Description
  1. Assist in daily kitchen operations, food prep, and service.

  2. Prepare high-quality Japanese dishes (e.g. sushi, sashimi, ramen, donburi) with authentic technique.

  3. Support preparation and plating of Continental items (e.g. pasta, grilled items, salads, brunch plates).

  4. Uphold hygiene and food safety standards across the kitchen.

  5. Supervise junior kitchen staff and help create a positive team environment.

  6. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

  7. Contribute ideas for menu evolution and seasonal specials.

  8. Maintain inventory and communicate with the Head Chef regarding stock needs.

    Note:

    Facilities: Only Food, Transportation Allowance, Vehicle Fuel or Maintenance, Incentive, Annual Bonus.

    Working day: 6 day in a week.

    We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef with strong expertise in Japanese cuisine (especially sushi and related dishes) and solid command over Continental cooking techniques. You will work closely with our Head Chef to execute the menu, train kitchen staff, and maintain culinary excellence.
