Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes.

  • Enforce strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

  • Collaborate on menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.

  • Step in to lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

  • Monitor food storage, waste, and portion control to minimize costs.

  • Assist in onboarding and training new kitchen staff.

    Note: Food is available and Annual Bounus

    Contract 2 years and provision 6 month
