Prepare high-quality Continental and Italian dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage junior kitchen staff, and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Contribute to menu planning by recommending innovative Italian and Continental recipes, seasonal specials, and creative plating styles.
Monitor ingredient inventory, ensure freshness and proper storage, and uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Train kitchen staff in preparation techniques and best practices related to Continental and Italian cuisine, fostering a strong culinary team.
Note: At least 2 years commitment should be given.
