Job Description
  1. Bachelors or diploma in culinary arts

  2. Minimum of 6-7yrs first-hand experience in continental cuisine

  3. Should have good management, procurement, communication and leadership skills

  4. Should have broad culinary skills and be able to manage other staffs, handle food preparations and smoothly operate the day-to-day operation

  5. Must be able to train the staffs regarding the daily operation, menu, kitchen safety andhygiene

  6. They should be able to closely monitor the performance inside and outside the kitchen

  7. Must be able to lead the shift

  8. English speaking and writing are a must
