Job Description
  1. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.

  2. Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification.

  3. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations.

  4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.

  6. Creativity and passion for culinary arts.

  7. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards.

  8. Develop and implement recipes and menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef.

  9. Ensure proper portioning, plating, and garnish techniques
