Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and efficiency.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and maintaining a positive guest experience.
Monitor front office systems and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including the handling of phone calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, room rates, and promotional offers to assist guests and ensure optimal sales.
Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and record-keeping for all guests.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues effectively.
Manage the front office budget and ensure cost-efficiency in operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and any applicable laws.
