As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a creative and passionate TikTok Content Creator who can help us build strong engagement among young job seekers and professionals through short-form video content.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging TikTok videos to educate, entertain, and inform audiences about job search tips, career development, resume/CV hacks, interview skills, and updates from the Nepali job market.
Represent the brand in a customer-friendly, relatable, and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal departments like marketing, client relations, and the recruitment team to source ideas and success stories.
Use trending TikTok audio, styles, and challenges strategically to boost reach and engagement, while staying on-brand.
Plan the TikTok live event and boost reach and engagement.
Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on engagement, reach, and follower insights.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience creating content on TikTok (either personal or brand-related)
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content strategy, and audience behaviour in Nepal.
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating face-to-camera videos.
Excellent Nepali speaking skills
Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, InShot, or other mobile/computer editing tools) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and deliver regular content consistently.
