The Social Media Handler cum Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence while handling front-desk, customer-service, administrative, and travel-related coordination duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, basic knowledge of social media platforms, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s social media pages, including preparing and posting relevant content and responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.
Handle front desk operations, welcome visitors and clients, and manage incoming telephone calls professionally.
Prepare and send travel, tour, hotel, transportation, and other service quotations, proposals, and itineraries.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, bookings, confirmations, and other service requirements.
Coordinate with hotels, colleges, schools, corporate clients, transport companies, and other service providers.
Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, proposals, follow-ups, bookings, and client communications.
Support sales, marketing, customer service, and general administrative activities while performing other duties assigned by management.
