Job Description

  1. Handle Inbound or Outbound call

  3. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

  4. Packing, wrapping of delivery goods

  5. Engaging with customers on different channels

  6. Update social media content across all channels

  7. Keep an eye on social media trends

  8. Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
