1. Supervise and manage daily construction site operations.

2. Monitor construction activities to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.

3. Manage and coordinate workers and subcontractors on site.

4. Ensure project quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

5. Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

6. Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks.

7. Enforce workplace health and safety regulations.

8. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management for smooth project execution.

9. Monitor the use of construction materials and resources efficiently.

10. Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

11. Prepare and submit daily and weekly work progress reports.

12. Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of site activities.

Note:

Relevant experience in construction site supervision is required.

Must be familiar with construction procedures and site management.

Hardworking and highly responsible with the ability to work on-site regularly.

Good communication skills with basic Nepali or English proficiency preferred.

Local candidates from Pokhara, Lekhnath, and Patneri areas will be prioritized.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Duty Hours: 8:25 AM to 5:00 PM.
