Job Description

  1. Greet and assist customers (parents, guardians) in a polite and friendly manner.

  2. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate baby products (clothing, toys, feeding items, diapers, etc.).

  3. Provide accurate information about product safety, usage, and benefits.

  4. Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and proper display of baby products in the showroom.

  6. Ensure products are well-organized, labeled, and attractively arranged.

  7. Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.

  8. Handle billing, cash, and POS system (if required).

  9. Assist in stock checking and inventory management.

  10. Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards in the showroom.

    Note : Duty hour 11AM to 7:30 PM (2 Shift)
