Job Description

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.

  2. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and hygiene standards.

  3. Supervise and motivate café staff, providing guidance and support.

  4. Facilitate training sessions for both new and existing team members.

  5. Cultivate a customer-centric approach to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

  6. Promptly and effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

  7. Monitor and control inventory levels, placing orders as necessary.

  8. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

  9. Uphold Himalayan Java's quality standards in coffee preparation and presentation.

  10. Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues

  11. Promote upselling and implement promotional activities to optimize sales.

  12. Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.

  13. Perform any additional relevant duties as assigned by supervisor
