Job Description
● Process Warranty Claims submitted by our customers as per our warranty policy
● Collect and deliver claim batteries daily,
● Communicate with customers regarding battery servicing, and present them the findings and any concerning results,
● Prepare daily battery check report and update the report logbook,
● Regularly test and charge batteries in stock to ensure they’re working properly,
● Fill up the Service Run log time sheet, and Service Register Form (SRF), and when needed,
● Maintain a clean, safe working environment,
● Any other tasks as assigned.
