Job Description

                    i.            Report for briefing, well-groomed.

                  ii.            Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.

                iii.            Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request

                iv.            Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware

                  v.            Collect, clean, polish, and stack cutlery, crockery, and glassware at the sideboard.

                vi.            Replenish water jugs and ice buckets.

              vii.            Check non-available items from the kitchen and bar.

            viii.            Help in receiving and seating guests in the allotted station.

                ix.            Pick up food from the kitchen and deposit it on the sideboard.

                  x.            Replenish water goblets of guests.

                xi.            Independently conduct service if required.

              xii.            Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.

            xiii.            Provide food or beverage information or menus to customers.

            xiv.            Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters; take them to the kitchen for cleaning.

Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers
