Taking food and drink orders from guests and entering them into the restaurant's POS system.
Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Answering questions about the menu, making recommendations, and providing information about specials and promotions.
Checking on guests throughout their meal to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
Processing payments, handling cash and credit card transactions, and reconciling the till at the end of the shift.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including setting and resetting tables, cleaning spills, and ensuring that utensils and glassware are sanitized.
