Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating as needed.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve orders promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
Follow proper table setting, clearing, and resetting procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle guest feedback and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Process bills and payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and service protocols as per company guidelines.
Work as per the instructions and guidance of the reporting person to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist in setup and closing duties, including side work and stock replenishment.
Support teammates during peak hours to maintain overall service efficiency.
