Job Description
  1. Provide exceptional table service to guests with a professional, courteous, and detail-oriented approach, ensuring a high-end dining experience.

  2. Efficiently manage order taking and delivery, ensuring accuracy, timing, and customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

  3. Handle cashier duties confidently, including processing payments, splitting checks, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash drawer using AGIS software.

  4. Operate the AGIS POS system for order entry, payment processing, sales tracking, and end-of-day reporting with minimal supervision.

  5. Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in accordance with recipes and responsible serving guidelines, adhering to local liquor laws.

  6. Provide bartending services during peak hours or when scheduled, including cocktail preparation, bar maintenance, and inventory checks.

  7. Upsell food and beverage items by suggesting specials, pairing options, or promotional items to increase sales and enhance guest experience.

  8. Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining clear communication at all times.

  9. Train and mentor junior servers, bartenders, or cashier staff, ensuring consistency in service quality and adherence to restaurant protocols.

  10. Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
