Job Description

  1. ग्राहकलाई विनम्र, व्यावसायिक तथा गुणस्तरीय सेवा प्रदान गर्ने।

  2. ग्राहकलाई मेनु सम्बन्धी जानकारी दिने तथा अर्डर लिनु।

  3. अर्डर सही रूपमा किचेनमा पठाउने र समयमै खाना तथा पेय पदार्थ सेवा गर्ने।

  4. कनिष्ठ वेटरहरूको कामको समन्वय, निर्देशन तथा सहयोग गर्ने।

  5. सेवा क्षेत्र (Dining Area) सफा, व्यवस्थित र स्वच्छ राख्ने।

  6. ग्राहकको गुनासो वा सुझावलाई उचित रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र आवश्यक परे व्यवस्थापनलाई जानकारी गराउने।

  7. बिलिङ प्रक्रियामा सहयोग गर्ने तथा सही हिसाब सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

  8. दैनिक सञ्चालनमा सुपरभाइजर वा व्यवस्थापकलाई सहयोग गर्ने।

  9. कम्पनीको सेवा मापदण्ड, स्वच्छता तथा सुरक्षा नियमहरूको पालना गर्ने।

    नोट: ड्युटी समय बिहान १०:०० बजेदेखि राति १०:०० बजेसम्म।
