Job Description
  1. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to guests by greeting them, taking orders, and addressing their needs in a friendly and professional manner.

  2. Supervise and Train Staff: Mentor and guide junior waitstaff, ensuring they adhere to service standards and providing assistance during busy shifts.

  3. Order Management: Accurately take customer orders, communicate them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

  4. Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and properly set up for service, including tables, chairs, and utensils.

  5. Handle Customer Complaints: Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive dining experience.

  6. Up-Selling and Menu Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of the menu to recommend dishes, upsell items, and enhance customer satisfaction with food and beverage choices.

  7. Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar Staff: Ensure smooth communication between the front of house and kitchen/bar to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.

  8. Maintain a High Standard of Service: Ensure that food is served in a timely manner, monitor customer satisfaction, and provide attentive, personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience.
