Key Responsibilities:

• Build custom PCs according to specific customer orders, ensuring all components are compatible and optimized for performance.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, providing timely solutions.

• To ensure functionality and reliability, perform thorough testing and quality checks on all custom-built PCs.

• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, adhering to safety standards and protocols.

• Provide expert advice to customers regarding component choices and system configurations to meet their gaming needs.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PC hardware and gaming technology.

• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Manage component and tool inventory, ensuring necessary parts are available for custom builds.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PC technician or similar role, with a strong background in building and repairing PCs.

• In-depth knowledge of PC components, including CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, storage devices, cooling systems, and power supplies.

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the requirements for high-performance gaming PCs.

• Basic Networking knowledge
