Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, especially curries and tandoori items
Use traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques
Prepare fast food items such as burgers, fries, wraps, and sandwiches
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of dishes
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Delegate tasks to maintain efficient kitchen operations
Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards
Monitor food inventory and place supply orders when needed
Assist in planning and updating the menu
Ensure timely preparation and service of food during peak hours
