Job Description

कामको जिम्मेवारी:

  1. विभिन्न परिकारहरू निर्धारित रेसिपी तथा मापदण्डअनुसार स्वादिष्ट र गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने।

  2. किचनमा दैनिक खाना तयारी तथा पकाउने कार्यको नेतृत्व र समन्वय गर्ने।

  3. Junior Cook तथा Kitchen Staff लाई काम बाँडफाँड गरी आवश्यक निर्देशन र सहयोग गर्ने।

  4. खाद्य सामग्रीको गुणस्तर, मात्रा, भण्डारण तथा सही प्रयोग सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

  5. किचनमा सरसफाइ, खाद्य सुरक्षा तथा Hygiene मापदण्डहरू कडाइका साथ पालना गर्ने।

  6. Food wastage कम गर्ने तथा सामग्रीको उचित उपयोग गरी लागत नियन्त्रणमा सहयोग गर्ने।

  7. Chef/Supervisor को निर्देशनअनुसार अन्य आवश्यक किचनसम्बन्धी जिम्मेवारी पूरा गर्ने।
