1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of waiters and service staff.
2. Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
3. Welcome and assist guests with menu recommendations.
4. Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
5. Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before and during service.
6. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
7. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service operations.
8. Train and mentor junior waiters on service standards and hospitality etiquette.
9. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company service standards.
10. Monitor inventory of service equipment and report shortages or damages.
11. Assist in preparing duty rosters and allocating staff responsibilities.
12. Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving service quality and customer satisfaction goals.
13. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
