Job Description
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages efficiently as a barista.
Mix, garnish, and serve drinks as a bartender, following standard recipes and customer preferences.
Manage the counter, take orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, bar, and counter area.
Monitor stock levels for beverages, ingredients, and supplies; inform management of restocking needs.
Assist in food preparation and serving when required.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests politely and professionally.
