Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.

  2. Lead daily bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient service, and consistent product quality.

  3. Train, coach, and support junior baristas on coffee preparation, equipment handling, hygiene, and customer service.

  4. Maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment; identify issues and coordinate timely maintenance when required.

  5. Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing wastage.

  6. Deliver excellent customer service, handle customer feedback professionally, and resolve service issues effectively.

  7. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace standards while supporting the team in achieving sales and operational targets.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 11 AM - 9 PM

    Food and accommodation will be provided by the Company
