Job Description

  1. Utilize online accounting software to generate and process invoices for clients.

  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information.

  3. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.

  4. Prepare and submit timely and accurate VAT returns in compliance with local regulations.

  5. Stay updated on changes in VAT laws and regulations to ensure adherence.

  6. Reconcile VAT accounts and resolve any discrepancies

  7. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

  8. Generate financial reports for management review.
