Job Description

  1. Prepare and cook sekuwa, choila, BBQ, and grilled items.

  2. Marinate meat and ingredients according to recipes.

  3. Operate grill and BBQ equipment safely.

  4. Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.

  5. Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

  6. Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.

  7. Store ingredients properly and check freshness.

    Note:

    Must prepare Mutton Sekuwa, Chicken Sekuwa, Chicken Choila, Pork Sekuwa, Grilled Wings, and Aloo Polako.

    Duty hour: 10AM TO 10PM
