Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable paint solutions
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Visit project sites and dealers regularly for sales follow-up
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and usage guidance
Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability and timely delivery
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new products
Ensure proper display and visibility of products at dealer outlets
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues (if applicable)
Note:
The salesman should travel to Dharan, Itahari, Inaruwa, Biratnagar, Biratchowk, Belbari, Damak, Surunga, and Birtamode to promote and sell products.
