Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the Reporting and Supervision market.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to refine sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and our Reporting and Supervision solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics for presentation to the management team.

Requirements
One year of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the Reporting and Supervision market or a related industry.
Strong understanding of reporting and supervision solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
