Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
Handle wholesale customers and maintain good customer relationships.
Take orders and provide customers with product, price, size, color, and stock information.
Follow up with customers regarding orders and payments.
Prepare, check, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.
Maintain basic records of orders, sales, stock, and customer details.
Coordinate with the production/stock team regarding product availability.
Handle walk-in customers when required.
Preferably be able to handle social media, including replying to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok messages and basic posting.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, messaging apps, and social media.
Organized, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and orders.
Basic computer/Excel knowledge is preferred.
Previous experience in sales, wholesale, retail, clothing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Duty Hour: 10AM - 6PM
