Job Description

  1. Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable electronic products

  2. Demonstrate strong knowledge of electronics products, features, specifications, and benefits

  3. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner

  4. Assist customers in making purchase decisions through effective product explanations

  5. Maintain proper product placement and attractive display according to company standards

  6. Ensure products are well-organized, clean, and adequately stocked on the sales floor

  7. Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement

  8. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
