Job Description

  1. Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge.

  2. Handle in-store sales and meet daily/weekly sales targets.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and display areas.

  4. Manage stock - arrange, fold, and restock clothing items as needed.

  5. Handle customer inquiries and respond to messages on social media or online platforms.

  6. Assist in visual merchandising and store decoration to attract customers.

  7. Operate the billing system, handle cash, and process transactions accurately.

  8. Support the team in daily store operations and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
