Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist customers with their safety gear needs including helmets and related products, providing detailed product information.

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through direct customer interaction and outreach.

  • Support sales strategies and marketing efforts, coordinating sales with digital marketing and promotional activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

  • Communicate road safety values and promote a culture of safety among customers.

  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as updating sales reports and lead tracking.

  • Participate in team meetings and support overall sales and business development goals.

  • Use basic Excel skills to manage data, generate reports, and track sales performance.

  • Learn and implement sales techniques under the guidance of senior staff as an intern.

  • Engage with customers in showroom or online settings, providing excellent service to build customer loyalty.

  • Support after-sales services such as home delivery coordination and customer follow-up.

    Notes: Working shift- 6 days a week / 8-10hrs,

    Other additional duty: Management of inventory of showroom, keeping inventory of showroom clean
