Job Description

  1. Set and monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

  2. Work with the sales, marketing, content, inventory, and operations teams to increase sales.

  3. Identify which products/categories are selling and which need promotion.

  4. Develop sales campaigns, offers, bundles, and promotional strategies.

  5. Find opportunities to increase repeat purchases and customer retention.

  6. Coordinate with the marketing team to convert campaigns into actual sales.

  7. Monitor sales performance by product, channel, staff, and campaign.

  8. Identify reasons for low sales and immediately propose solutions.

  9. Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion and order volume.

  10. Explore new sales channels, partnerships, corporate sales, and B2B opportunities.

  11. Track competitors, pricing, offers, and market trends.

  12. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

  13. Be directly responsible for achieving sales growth targets.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 AM - 6 PM
