Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

  • Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments.

  • Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock counts, and reporting low stock levels.

  • Respond to customer inquiries through in-store visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

  • Build strong customer relationships, handle complaints professionally, and support overall store operations as assigned.

Note:

Duty Hour: 11 Am - 8 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week
