Job Description

  1. Actively promote and sell products to customers, ensuring excellent customer experience.

  2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and usage.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

  4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

  6. Keep track of inventory, sales records, and prepare regular reports for management.

  7. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

  8. Ensure compliance with all legal and licensing requirements while conducting sales.
