Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company through direct sales efforts.
Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
.Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively present and demonstrate to clients.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to persuade potential customers to purchase.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals with clients.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Collect and report customer feedback to assist in product/service improvements.
