Job Description

  1. Greet and assist customers

  2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints

  3. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers

  4. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

  5. Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales

  6. Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions

  7. Formulate pricing policies and accuracy

  8. Attend trade shows to identify new products and services

  9. Approve contracts with vendors

  10. Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis

    NOTE : Bike and Bike license compulsory and Bike fuel provided by company.

    Should have FMCG knowledge
