Job Description

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

2. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.

3.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.

4.Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients to secure profitable business agreements.

5.Collaborate with revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue from room bookings, event spaces, and other services.

6. Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
