  1. Social Media पेजहरू (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok आदि) सञ्चालन तथा व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  2. ग्राहकको message, comment तथा inquiry हरूमा reply गर्ने

  3. उत्पादनको price, details तथा उपलब्धताबारे ग्राहकलाई जानकारी दिने

  4. अर्डर सम्बन्धी जानकारी लिने तथा follow-up गर्ने

  5. उत्पादनको pricing तथा अपडेटहरू व्यवस्थापन गर्ने

  6. स्टोरमा बसेर ग्राहकलाई आवश्यक सेवा तथा जानकारी प्रदान गर्ने

  7. अनलाइन तथा अफलाइन ग्राहकसँग राम्रो व्यवहार गर्ने

  8. दैनिक बिक्री तथा ग्राहक सम्बन्धी सामान्य रेकर्ड राख्ने

  9. स्टोर सफा तथा व्यवस्थित राख्न सहयोग गर्ने
