Job Description

  1. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HDPE and PVC pipes, fittings, and related products.

  2. Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying new retail opportunities and expanding the customer base.

  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

  4. Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.

  5. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.

  6. Order Management: Assist customers in placing orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any product-related issues.

  7. Product Promotion: Promote products through in-store displays, demonstrations, and promotional activities.

  8. Reporting: Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management on performance and market conditions.

  9. Proven experience in Retail market of Hardwares or Sanitary

  10. 2/3 year’s experience in similar field

  11. Should be prepared to travel around the country.
