Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, client referrals, networking, and field visits to achieve sales targets.

  2. Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements, deliver product presentations, prepare and submit quotations, and recommend suitable HVAC and air solution products.

  3. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions with clients to successfully close sales while maintaining company profitability.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by conducting regular follow-ups, addressing customer concerns, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

  5. Manage customer information and sales activities using the company's CRM software, including updating client records, tracking inquiries, recording meeting notes, monitoring quotations, and maintaining sales pipelines.

  6. Coordinate with existing clients regarding service schedules, maintenance visits, AMC renewals, and after-sales support by ensuring timely communication with the service and operations teams.

  7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, monitor sales performance, follow up on pending quotations and payments, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
