  1. नयाँ ग्राहकहरू खोजी गर्ने र कम्पनीको उत्पादन/सेवाबारे जानकारी दिन

  2. सेल्स टार्गेट पुरा गर्ने र बिक्री वृद्धिमा योगदान पुर्‍याउन

  3. ग्राहकहरूसँग सम्बन्ध कायम राख्ने र नियमित फलोअप गर्न

  4. बजार अनुसन्धान गरी प्रतिस्पर्धीको जानकारी संकलन गर्न

  5. ग्राहकका आवश्यकताहरू बुझी तिनीअनुसार समाधान प्रस्ताव गर्न

  6. सेल्स रिपोर्ट तयार गर्ने र सुपरभाइजरलाई बुझाउन

  7. प्रमोशनल कार्यक्रम तथा अफरहरू ग्राहकसम्म पुर्‍याउन

  8. कम्पनीको सेवा वा उत्पादनप्रति ग्राहक सन्तुष्टि सुनिश्चित गर्न
